Returns: If you no longer want the product once it arrives you can send it back to us. You have a 14 day money back guarantee on unopened products.We will refund your money provided you send the product back unopened. You are responsible for return postage costs and forfeits the initial shipping fees. We reserve the right at our discretion to void this offer if we find the product tampered with. 

If we sent you the wrong product we will take full responsibility for the mistake. We will refund you the full amount for the product and postage provided that you return an unopened and undamaged product back to us. If you choose to give us an opportunity to rectify the mistake we will sent you the correct product and pay for the postage once the wrong product is returned intact to us.
